Products Pricing and Ordering
By submission of the order and checking the acceptance box while placing the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorizes American Balloon Company to take payment for the product selected on the order form. Orders made using this web site will normally result in the customer's credit card being debited within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Orders will only be sent once payment has been received. American Balloon Company reserves the right not to process an order if it is believed by American Balloon Company that the credit card transaction has been made fraudulently, under such circumstances the customer will be contacted to obtain further information concerning details of the credit card holder.
If American Balloon Company is unable to process a customer's order the customer will be notified by e-mail for orders originating from this web site or by telephone or email for orders placed by telephone. If American Balloon Company is unable to contact the customer by e-mail or telephone no further attempts will be made to contact the customer and we will cancel the order and refund payment within 30 days of cancellation.
The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been sent or redirected on delivery to an alternative address.
Any shortage in the delivery must be notified to American Balloon Company within 24 hours.
Delivery will be attempted once on the customerís specified delivery date.
If delivery is not attempted on the customerís specified delivery date and the order has not been affected by events specified in the delivery exclusions clause, then a full refund will be given. If the order has been affected by an event listed in the delivery exclusions clause then no refund will be given. Delivery will only be attempted once. If the order cannot be left at the delivery address goods may be left with a neighbor (or reception/security for deliveries to businesses). If the order is left at one of these locations, it is deemed to have been delivered. If you would prefer us not to leave your delivery at one of these locations please state this in the notes of your order.
Delivery Exclusions Clause
1. Terrorism, natural disaster or adverse weather affecting delivery.
2. Accident(s) that prevents access to delivery address.
3. Customer has given incomplete or inaccurate delivery address.
4. The recipient is not present at the delivery address.
5. Security restrictions in public or private buildings that prevent delivery.
All orders for a NEXT DAY delivery must be received by American Balloon Company by 10AM, Monday to Friday. All orders received after 10 AM Friday should be delivered Monday. All orders received at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Working days are Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver Sundays or holidays.
All balloons delivered will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Product Variation and Substitution
Balloons may have minor variations from the images shown on the website, we reserve the right to use a similar balloon with the most similar message in the unlikely event the chosen balloon is out of stock. If you would prefer us not to do this then please state this in the notes of your order.
Gifts may have minor variations from the images show such as minor color differences or packaging. If the chosen item is out of stock we will notify the customer.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review our Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the American Balloon Company website, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect providing they are capable of continuing in existence without the unfair term.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Wrong Item ordered? Change your mind?
Your satisfaction is paramount so we will cheerfully accept the return of any product within 30 days of purchase for any reason - no quibble, no hassle, no delay, no problem! To receive full credit for the returned goods please do the following:
1) Call us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
2) Include all instructions, accessories, packing materials and a copy of your invoice.
3) Be positive the product will arrive here in new, undamaged condition. If we cannot resell it for the full price then we cannot refund the full price to you.
Once we have everything back in good shape we will issue credit for the purchase price less outbound delivery charge if we paid it. For your own protection insure the return shipment.
Please Note! Returns made without prior authorization or after 30 days of shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns accepted after 60 days.
